Eddie Chao

Eddie Chao is a deacon over Men’s Ministry at Table Rock Church. He works in the post acute senior space and strives to bring transformative care to seniors in the valley. 

Though I was raised in the church, I did not know the gospel and the depth of God’s saving grace. I was raised in an abusive household and Scripture was weaponized against us growing up. My world was confusing and I could not wait to get out of the house and be on my own. For ten years I sought that which never satisfied. I was graciously brought back into His fold when I was 29 years old after a decade of pain and wrestling. His grace and love caused me to turn away from the desires of the world and live fully unto Him and His plans. 

Shortly after the Lord graciously saved me, I met Colleen who became my beautiful bride 16 years ago. She is truly my Proverbs 31 wife. She loves the Lord fiercely, and loves me and our son with such sacrifice, it shows me Christ each day. We have a son named Jeremy who is almost 15.  

My prayer for Table Rock is that we would truly understand what it means to not be alone in the fight. We need to fight the good fight of faith, together. And together, we can be used effectively for His people and advance His kingdom.
