Get Connected with Church Center

Church Center is a free mobile app Table Rock uses to communicate and engage with our church body. Through Church Center you can receive church communication, join groups, receive group notifications, communicate with others in the body, give, and manage your personal profile.

How do I create an account?

You can create an account on your computer or your mobile device by visiting tablerock.churchcenter.com. Once on the page, enter your mobile phone number. Church Center will send you a code to confirm your account security, then you’ll be asked for your name and email address. Once you have an account, you can access Church Center through the web or through the app, but the app is the most user-friendly and will allow you to receive notifications.

How do I edit my personal information?

To edit your information from the website, select “Profile” from the home page menu. If you are in the Church Center App, click on your image in the top right corner of Church Center. This Account screen will show you your Giving, Groups, Payment Methods, Household, and Preferences.

To edit your profile photo and contact information from the website, select “Contact and Information" and then “Edit”. If you are using the app, click on your name at the top of the screen. From the Edit Profile page, you can update your photo and manage your contact preferences. If you are a member of a Household, you can also manage members of your household from this screen.

How do I join a group?

To join a Group, select “Groups” from the home screen. If you are already part of a group, you should see that group show up. If not or if you want to join a new group, find your group and request to join. Your group leader will be notified and will add you to the group on Church Center.

Once you’re in a group, you can go to the My Groups page and read more about the group and its members, see the schedule of upcoming meetings, and view/download any resources that may have been uploaded by the group leaders.

How do I enable online giving?

To enable online giving, select Give from the home screen. You can enter the amount you wish to give and choose the Fund to which you’d like to give. The General fund is for regular church expenses and ministries. The Longmont Building Fund is for building updates and renovations.

You may also choose a frequency for this giving, either one-time or reoccurring. Recurring giving can be managed from your My Giving page within Church Center.

You will need to add a form of payment in order to give on the website. You will not be charged a fee for your online giving. You may add a bank account or credit/debit card, but our preference is a bank account as the fees charged to the church for this type of payment are much less.

How safe is my personal information?

Church Center is a part of Planning Center. Our church has opted to work with this company because they take your privacy very seriously. If you want to know more, you can read about their privacy policy efforts and online security measures.

In regard to protecting your personal information within Church Center for Table Rock, you can determine what personal information you want to be visible to others in your group. If you go to Groups, select a group you are in, and then click on Members, you will see a list of the names of the members in that group. Under your name (at the top), click on “Edit visible info.” Then you can select what personal information you are comfortable sharing with the Group.
